RULES & POLICIES
CLEARFIELD
To keep Kid Zone safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone, all guests must follow the rules and policies below. By entering the facility, you agree to these rules.
SUPERVISION
• Kid Zone staff and management are not responsible for your child’s safety or any injuries. All play is at your own risk.
• Adult supervision is required at all times. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children. Kid Zone is not a drop-off facility.
PLAY ZONE ATTIRE AND SAFETY
• Grip socks are required for everyone (including adults) entering Kid Zone. You may bring your own grip socks or purchase them at the front desk for $2.50 per pair.
• No shoes or bare feet are allowed in the soft play zone. Shoes must be removed before entering the play area.
• Long hair must be tied back. No loose clothing. Pockets must be empty. All jewelry and sharp objects must be removed before entering the play area.
FOOD AND DRINK RULES
• No food, gum, or candy is allowed inside the play zone or toddler space.
• Food and drinks must remain in designated seating areas or party rooms only.
• Alcohol is not permitted anywhere in the facility.
Failure to follow food rules may result in a cleaning fee charged to the guest or party host.
TODDLER AREA RULES
• The toddler area is strictly for children ages 3 and under.
• Older children are not permitted in the toddler play area.
BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS
• Please be kind and respectful to others.
• Rough play, unsafe behavior, bullying, or misuse of equipment is not allowed.
• Staff may intervene or end play if behavior becomes unsafe.
• Guests may be asked to leave without refund if rules are not followed.
HEALTH AND PHYSICAL RESTRICTIONS
Guests with the following conditions are not permitted in the play zone:
• Back, neck, knee, joint, or similar injuries
• Heart conditions
• Pregnancy
• Broken or sprained bones
Guests who are sick or showing symptoms should not enter the facility.
WAIVERS AND GUEST REQUIREMENTS
• All guests must have a waiver on file, including adults and spectators.
• All children under 18 must be listed on a waiver regardless of age.
• Guests without a completed waiver will not be allowed to enter the play area.
• Waivers are required for open play, parties, and private events.
PARTIES AND GROUP EVENTS
• All parties must be booked in advance and held in a party room.
• The parent seating area may not be used for parties.
• Same-day party bookings are allowed based on availability.
• Party setup and cleanup must be completed within the booked rental time.
• Late fees apply if party rooms or the facility are not vacated on time:
– $40 late fee for party rooms
– $100 late fee for full facility rentals
• Party hosts are responsible for their guests and any damages.
DECORATIONS POLICY
• Balloons, banners, and table décor are allowed in party rooms.
• Decorations must be set up and cleaned up during the rental time.
• No piñatas or confetti are allowed anywhere in the facility.
• Prohibited decorations will result in an automatic cleaning fee.
GUEST COUNTS AND FEES
• Guests include all children and adults attending an event.
• Additional guests beyond the package limit will be charged.
• Additional adult fees apply once the included adult limit is reached.
• All guests entering the play area must follow sock requirements.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
• Parties require at least 7 days’ notice to cancel or reschedule for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in loss of party fee.
• Party packages are charged as booked regardless of attendance.
• Open play passes and memberships are non-refundable.
MEMBERSHIP POLICY
• Memberships are location-specific.
• Memberships include one 2-hour play session per day during valid days.
• Memberships are not valid on holidays, school breaks, or special events unless stated otherwise.
• Memberships are month-to-month and may be canceled before the next billing date.
CLEANING DAMAGE AND FEES
• Guests are responsible for damages caused by themselves or their guests.
• Cleaning fees may be charged for food or drinks in play areas, sock/shoe violations, prohibited decorations, or excessive messes.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Kid Zone reserves the right to end play time, remove guests, or decline future bookings if rules are not followed or behavior is unsafe or disruptive.
