Party must be set up and cleaned up during your 2hr rental. If you need more time, please book the room for 3 hrs. . Facility doesn't stay open later than posted hrs for parties.

OUR PARENT SECTION IS NOT TO BE USED FOR PARTIES.
ALL PARTIES TAKING PLACE IN OUR FACILITY WITH 6 GUESTS (CHILDREN OR ADULTS) MUST BE BOOKED WITH OUR FACILITY AHEAD OF TIME AND MUST BE IN A PARTY ROOM.
SAME DAY PARTY BOOKINGS ARE ALLOWED BASED ON ROOM AVAILABILITY.
Food & Beverages Policy
Enjoy your freedom at KIDZONE Indoor Playground! You are able to bring your own cake, food, candles, drinks and treats for your party. We supply disposable table cloths, paper plates, and napkins (they are white to match any theme unless specified color is in appointment notes). All food and drink must stay in the party room.
Decoration Policy
You can decorate the party room with balloons, banners and table decor. All decorations must be set up and cleaned up during your party time. No pinatas or confetti allowed anywhere in the facility. Use of such decorations will result in an automatic cleaning fee issued to the party host.
Guest Requirements
Dolphin package has a 20 guest limit 10 kids 10 adults Shark package has a 30 guest limit 20 kids 10 adults. Extra adults, $5.99 per adult over the 10 adult limit.
All guests are required to fill out a waiver regardless if they are playing or not and all children under 18 must be on a waiver regardless of age. All kids must wear their grip socks and adults have to wear socks in the play area. No shoes or bare feet are allowed. Shoes must be removed before entering our soft playzone and socks must be worn by all who attend party. Guest failure to remove shoes and wear socks will result in an automatic cleaning fee issued to the party host.
Additional guest will be charged for entrance once party has hit paid for number of guests. Guests are labeled as anyone showing up for the party. All guests attending a party or entering the soft play zone must wear grip socks. Bring yours from home or purchase at the front desk.
Event Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and your party may have to be cancelled or changed, we require a 1 week notice of cancellation or change of date/time to receive your payment back. If you cancel less than 1 week then you will lose $50 of your total payment. Please keep in mind that whatever party you reserved is what will be charged on your card regardless if less kids/adults show up to the event.
